Rule 100
Motion for permission to introduce Bill

(1) A proposal for permission to introduce a bill can be presented in the assembly at any meeting seven days after the notification of the permission to introduce the bill. However, in the case of a government bill, the proposal for permission can be presented at a meeting five days after the notification. If someone opposes, the chairman will allow the opposing and proposing members to make brief statements respectively. After that, without allowing discussion on the question, the chairman will present it for the decision of the meeting. (3) If permission to present the bill is obtained according to sub-rule (1), the introducing member shall immediately present the bill to the House. (4) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this rule, originating from the House of Representatives In the case of the proposed bill, the presenting member may present a proposal according to Rule 101.
